Heirs of the Phantoms, I Kuroda Dravidian contest Insinyan Virs for the
right to be the Guild Master of the Spectre guild.

This being said, I do not wish to speak ill of my comrade, who has
proven himself very apt at providing the needed support to the Spectre
guild, but I do not belive he has the ingenuity to be an effective
guildmaster.

Right now at this very moment, our guild is suffering what could only be
described as a...slump. Our sects are doing nothing, and many people
have a hard time getting involved. Our novice count is down, indeed we
do not even have a Keeper of the Tower, a position vacated since Caitryn
Devilen left our halls and to her own path. Right now, we need to
rejuvenate our halls with fresh blood, and new ideas. We need to make
our guild known, and encourage people to join our ranks, but I do not
belive that Insinyan has done an ample job of this. This is why I'm
contesting.

This is a time of regrowth. The city we have defended from attack both
from the inside and out, has emerged as a small but growing fighting
force, and we need to grow with them. If I am elected, I intend to
devote a large amount of attention to our Shadowguard sect, in order to
get each and every willing fighter able to fight. Of course, in time all
of our sects will receive the work and polish needed to shine.

We cannot afford to be stagnant. We cannot afford to relax our
vigilance. We are the true Heirs of the Phantoms, and therefore it is us
who must prove our dominance over the shadows. I do not claim that I am
the most optimal leader. I do claim that I will lead us to the Path of
Glory.
