Greetings, citizens of the Protectorate of the Sands and the Frozen
Pines.

The Royal Council of the Duchy of the Five Towers has approved to offer
a one time chance to get unenemied to those holders of anti-magick
professions.

To benefit of this ruling, you must comply with the following
conditions:
- You can't be convicted of murder, harassment or raiding the Duchy.
- Defilers must first resolve their issues with the respective Order
beforehand.
- You mustn't have been part of an aggresive act against the City of
Kinsarmar, her townes or citizens in the last 10 years.
- In all cases, the fine to get unenemied is set to be 20000 gold
pieces.
- The Royal Council reserves itself the right of denying any request.
Such decision will be final.

One single representative, preferible a minister or member of the ruling
council of either Antioch or Ithaqua must direct one letter to my person
with the names of those willing to benefit of this opportunity, in the
month of Naturalis of 575AD. No individual requests will be processed.
Those approved will be notified at the appropiate time.

Be warned. Being unenemied doesn't means you are free to walk our
streets. If you are found trespassing uninvited, you will be enemied,
permanently. If any attempt of abuse this ruling to attack the Duchy is
made, the enemy status of EVERYONE of those in the list will be
restored.
