A formal end to war

Farah,

Although you will agree to none of the concessions I requested, I will
declare this war ended. All we sought of it was the freedom to exist
without being hunted, and on some level I suspect we've obtained it. If
you are in disagreement with this feel free to continue. The Duchy will
not back down from a fight.

As a side note, if you've elected to take in Heirdalis, you've my
sincerest apologies. The man is stupid to the point of mental
retardation.
