Kinsarmar will now be enemying anyone that is not Kinsarmarian,
Khandavan, or a member of a Kinsarmarian guild. If you'd like to join
one of these organizations, simply speak with a representative of
Kinsarmar to see the enemy status removed.

You will not be harmed or hunted for this status unless you've harmed
the Duchy.
