Stavenn's new proclamation.

Greetings Aetherius. This is relative to the new protection to the
demons at Demon's Pass and Feinhorn:

Hypocrisy; a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious
beliefs or principles, that one does not really possess.

First, I would like to explain why protecting Feinhorn's inhabitants
follow said hypocrisy:

1. "One would think all demons have spirits, but this is not true. Most
demons have no spirit, existing as golems with a single purpose. It is
believed that greater demons do have spirits. This union of body and
spirit creates a powerful combination, just as it does in mortals,
allowing the demon to gain vast intelligence, to learn, and to
progress."*1

After having fought the Feinhorn Ouroboros many times along with others,
many of you would have to agree that these demons are not 'greater' or
stronger. They're weak. And by evaluation of the information I have
given, they are driven by a single purpose as mindless golems. They
serve no purpose other than to feed on the roots of Feinhorn and defend
Nysashgar. As far as of known, I've never known a demoner to enslave
Nysashgar or seek the need of the serpentine ouroboros residing at
Feinhorn. They have, essentially, no use for them. In conclusion to this
understanding, I believe the Stavennites defending the Feinhorn demons
only wastes their time and resources protecting presumably nothing of
use. Well done Stavennites.

2. Also referring to said information of 1., I would like to express my
thoughts on the demons at Demon's Pass. Through my research I found that
demons had not once but several times attempted to take over Stavenn
among other cities and homes. "Ravaging the land and consuming
everything they came across, the demons quickly destroyed all mortal
villages and most wildlife but were having trouble with the heavily
fortified cities of Kinsarmar and Antioch. Swarming about they soon
became a threat not only to Stavenn's enemies but to all life itself."*2
The demons at Demon's Pass are, in my understanding, more powerful
demons. I know many who've fallen prey to the might of their strength.
They have a will more powerful than the serpentine ouroboros of Feinhorn
and thus progress and grow more fiercely than their brothers. Upon this
logic, one would only assume they seek to destroy or consume as all
demons do. By allowing them to grow, not only has Stavenn supported a
potential invasion once again, they allow those they try to enslave to
grow more powerful. Eventually they will even overpower their wannabe
masters. It seems as if the Stavennites want total destruction, even of
themselves, and defend it!

3. "...Malignists. Their experiments allowed them to create and
sometimes control some very powerful beings known as demons. The results
of these experiments created some of the most powerful beings in
existence but drove the Malignists mad."*2

A faction within Stavenn's own walls is declared mad. Insane even. Their
minds are not stable or reasonably functional. Primarily, the demons are
of fault to this insanity. "While the more 'tame' demons have since
become the subject of Noctusari enslavery, Malignosis deals with the
kind which tend to corrupt the minds of those who work with them, hence
the Malignist reputation for insanity."*2 So, still to this very day,
demons cause distraught minds among Stavenn. Some even rule on Stavenn's
council. Coincidence to Stavenn's obvious hypocrisy? I would think not.

Within the gathered information, I've hypothesized that Stavennites
defend useless products, defend creatures that would no less destroy
even them, and willingly allow dysfunctional, maddened leaders to reside
with their walls. The death of the demons do not affect Stavenn
whatsoever, yet the Stavennites claim value over useless creatures that
would not benefit them otherwise.

Well done Stavenn. I suppose, if anything, you only have your insanity
to defend in the end.
