I come to you with an offer of peace, for those of you who don't want to
fight. I have already asked to speak to your leaders about a treaty for
true peace, but for those of you who don't wish to fight...

Send a letter to me. I will not reveal your names to your leaders.
Simply state that you don't want to fight in the war, and we will honor
that request by not attacking you, in a raid(Just please stand in the
sewers or outside the city), or outside of a raid.

If ordered to fight, then simply tell me that you're being forced to
fight, and we will continue to honor the agreement after combat. If
there are any other questions, please send a message, not a tell, to me.
