It is not about the gesture, but the method. The members of the Coterie
have chosen to be here as they always have. Those tempted by life
elsewhere are free to leave, as they always have, and our rivalry with
the Limorasi is bitter as ever. None of that is likely to ever change.
As for the foundation of a guild, your ignorance does not become you.
And if you truly feel that a pike is the only solution to problems you
otherwise do not know how to deal with than surely you are aware that
neither will a pike end your problems. I have no qualms with your city,
nor any other city or council. So far as I know the Wytchen in general
have never been the ones with the problem.
This problem though seems to be well enough saturated into your way of
thinking and I would be a fool to think that any action or word on my
part would do anything to alter, let alone alleviate the pressures
caused by it. I would however end the pretence that I am a guest in your
city when clearly I am not welcome.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Letum, in the year 596 AD.

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
