Request for probation on Vaneils

I need probation status on Vaneils I have spoken to him this month about his Jundi requirements and he doesn't wish to take the test he stated he is waiting around for lessons and has 555 lessons as of this time. he is 29 years old and still a novice and does not wish to test for Jundi.
