Citizens of Aetherius,

As the turn of the year has come and gone, so has the Protectorate's offer of open amnesty.

Any enemies of the Protectorate or her territories have had their full terms and fines returned to active status, and must again follow the normal procedures for reconcilliation.

While the amnesty legislation has expired, our offer of salvation has not. I encourage each and every one of you to consider yourselves firmly welcomed to make a positive change in your lives, and to open your heart to purity and redemption.

If you have the desire and the drive to change to harden your heart to the deceipt of the evils of the world, fear not the chance to speak with myself or one of my Clerics. We will help you to come home.
