Aetherians,

On behalf of Kinsarmar, I am writing to the general public, and specifically to the proud clans of the Xiur, and offering our hand in reconciliation. Whatever the history between the clans and the Towers, we wish it to be known that the policy and feelings of the Duchy of Kinsarmar has always been one of acceptance towards all races and it is our sincerest hope that any past conflicts be set aside in the hopes of a future together. We recognize that these matters are not something to simply be glossed over or forgotten and we wish to open ourselves completely to any negotiations or communication from the clans in an effort to move beyond the past.
