Contrevention of Accord...already

Aetherius,
Unfortunate but not unexpectedly, Maglust has seen fit to deal with Visyra. This I deem a direct contravention of the Accord. In so doing, I would see Maglust Ousted and Enemied as per the Accord. Also, any continued cooperation/coordination with Horde, dead or living, I also deem in contravention of such Accord. If evidence is given to such continuing I will be forced to conclude that the offending City and or Council has broken Faith with said Accord.
We stand united or divided based on these choices being made.
