To whomever reads this post,

A couple years ago, I wrote about my perception of a wave of corruption overtaking Kinsarmar and insulted several city leaders in the process. A lot of big words were used, but it ultimately boiled down to a strong disagreement between myself and certain officials in the Kinsarmarian government.

However, times have changed, and leadership has passed hands. My fault was that, in a fit of hysteria, I chose to make a violent exit and burn my bridges instead of being patient and waiting for the nature of an elective government to take its course. This was wrong.

Let this public post serve as a permanent record of my mistake, an admission of fault for the instability caused, and a heartfelt apology to the citizens of Kinsarmar whom feel they have been betrayed by my departure and vehement opposition to their leadership.

I write this post while of sound mind and under my own will, without influence or expectation of absolvence or indemnification from any individual or organization.

P.S. I'd like to clear up some misunderstandings:

* I have never raised arms against the Duchy, nor inflicted harm upon its citizens. My anger was directed solely towards a key set of officials, whom are no longer in power.

* I have never assisted the enemy in infiltrating or assaulting the Duchy. There would be no reasonable cause to support or ally myself with the twisted demonic legions of the South.

* At no point did I defect to Stavenn or Khandava. I still hold my Runeguard profession, am cityless, and guildless. The bond I have to my homeland cannot be that easily broken.

* Shaylei is already quite physically fit and has no need to 'go on a diet.'
