Ranking Change and Monthly Contest

A few changes to RANKINGS for those interested.

- RANKINGS now clears every month and lists the characters based on XP gained that calendar month. This has been reset today so it only shows the last couple hours. It will reset again on March 1st.

- RANKINGS ALL will display the all-time rankings.

- The top 10 ranked characters for the month will now get a credit reward. 100 credits for 1st place, 90 for 2nd, 80 for 3rd, and so on. This will start in the month of March and will take place every month from now on. No rewards will go out at the end of February.

- The first place character will also earn an honours line. Again, this will not be awarded until the end of March.

- Teaser: We will be holding a credit contest next month which everyone can win!
