First, thanks to Caitryn for her leadership. I look forward to watching the Unspeakables grow within her capable grasp.

I have plans. They are ambitious plans. Before I begin to implement them, however, I'd like to hear from you. I will give five credits to every guild member who writes me a thoughtful assessment of the current guild, its place within Khandava, how you view the role of the council and our culture, what you'd most like to see out of the Wraithweald going forward, and/or anything else you believe relevant to our future. It need not be a tome as long as it is genuine and in-depth enough to be useful to my planning.

What I can reveal with absolute certainty:

o Our guild advancement structure is going to be intricately tied to the
council's advancement scrolls.
o Ascention to new ranks within our advancement programs will have concrete
rewards that involve physical momentos, concrete rewards the support your
development (this could incude credits, gold, equipment, and similalr items),
and special recognition within the guild.
o My aim is global domination. We have the collective skills to achieve this if
we are determined. More about this later.
o We have too many guild-associated clans (over ten). Some of these are remnants
from guilds which have imploded, like the Saboeturs. I'm going to gather the
information remaining in these relics, record it into books, and store them
in appropriate libraries. Noting for purposes of transparency and the official
record.

A final note - I thrive on contribution. I am always interested in ideas, praise, and critique. If you dislike something I am doing, tell me and we will discover if a change is warranted.
