I had the misfortune of catching your News-Post. I need to start out with I wish you luck with it. You certainly have the drive and passion. That, sadly... is where it ends. First. The way you lead combat in the Magick Circle is downright embarrassing, insulting, and deplorable. You might be able to fight, but the way you are supposedly leading it? A good combat leader doesn't pitch fits like a spoiled child. Especially where the whole world can hear it or see it. They aren't sore losers OR sore winners. The sore winner part... was once a myth. I am crushed to say that you have proved it very real. You can sell all the credits you wish, that will never get the guild back on track on its own. It certainly won't sustain it. It will not give you what you need to be a true leader. You need more than fire, passion, and money. You need someone who is reasonable. Not a rude, obnoxious hothead. You need someone who is patient with others. Right now, you are far from patient. You would scare the tar out of new people. I wouldn't want to join, let alone stay if I were already in the guild. You need to be able to communicate with people. For example, not yelling about everything to the entire world with childish immature shouts, only to mop the mess up later. You would need to be coherent with your communication. People need to be able to hear and understand the person who is going to lead them. You need to be able to write properly. No one's ideas are perfect, but it is a huge help if people do not need a translator to even figure out what scrolls even have available. So, I do hope this helps give a small reality check now so you can correct this and win.
