I don't know much about the abilities of the Saboteurs but I do know
that vibrating your body's particles isn't possible without
incorporating some other factor to make it work.

If you wanted to vibrate every particle in your body independently as
you have suggested then you would need a seperate force acting on each
of the particles in your body since "a particle at rest or constant
speed in a straight line will remain that way unless acted upon by
another force." Without incorporating other factors, the only way I am
aware of to move your body parts is by using your muscles and since
there isn't a muscle attatched to every particle in your body then
that's impossible.

As I mentioned earlier, these things can be explained by magick,
daemonology and to a lesser extent devotion (but since you don't go
around harassing the divine for your powers we can rule that out). There
could however be another factor which I am as of yet unaware.. so
enlighten me.

In darkness,
