Your guidance

Dearest thing

Your insightful post brought tears to my humble eyes. Unfortunately,
they were tears spawned from choking down that beastly sing-song string
of words comprised of 'beautiful' and 'friendship'.

I will express a lesson in return for yours.

Your longing brings my kind joy, dear. Your tragic pleas make the
humblest of our ilk cry out in laughter. I apologize in advance, sweet
Neko, if your grand scheme crumbles in nightmares, but only because I
know that apologizing will confuse you further.

When your hand is taken, it will be to throw between the spokes of the
carriage wheels with which you've chosen to analyse our culture. Save
yourself some dignity and preach your dream values to the rumbling
horde. Their stupidity might be just what your equally ignorant
prattling requires to make a perfect union.

What would your Lystanya think if you skipped home with one of them?

In closing, I do not ever remember seeing you or your kind at one of our
formal parties. Imagine that! A preacher doesn't know the history of the
people he preaches to? That is your travesty, love.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Solis, in the year 433 AD.
