Two amendments to Celidon's laws are listed below, which may be of note
to certain non-citizens.

Demons, in any shape or form, are not allowed within the council.
-This applies to all demons, including those who have chosen to assume
the form of demons themselves.

Entering the council grounds by means of prisms or portals without the
consent of the targeted individual can be considered an aggressive
action against that individual.
-Sewers are also included, of course.

Both of these will become actively enforced at the beginning of the year
435.
