Wheel of Tokens?

If you win a Token of the Creator from the Wheel of Fortune, that token can only be used for the character that wins it. You cannot transfer that token to another character.

I've been getting a number of reports of people who are creating hordes of newbies solely to spin the wheel in an attempt to win tokens from the wheel for their main characters.

This will not be tolerated. So, if you win a token, use it only on that character!
