A lady faire
With curling hair
No words to speak but mind to dare

A maiden there
In hand, a pear
A heart carefully guarded

She did not care
Nor would she swear
Should the seams of her life tear

Taught not to stare
Upon the snowy white mare
The lady's composure was carefully warded

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Solis, in the year 503 AD.
