Greetings Again!

As a side note, those from tier 2 who wished to participate in tier 1,
would be allowed to. But those from tier 1 would not be allowed to
participate in tier 2. Please message me which tier you wish to
participate in. If you have no combat ranking at all, you are also
afforded a choice.
