To whom it may concern, the new year has come, meaning the Celidon laws
mentioned in post 965 are now active and will be enforced. This means,
for those who lacked the attention span to finish that post the first
time, that demons of any kind whatsoever are not allowed within Celidon
council. If you are in demon form, then you are also not allowed within
the council. Additionally, using prisms or portals to enter the council
without the consent of the individual being targeted can be considered
an aggressive action against that individual.

For those of you who found this post completely unnecessary because you
heard me the first time, or because it doesn't apply to you, sorry.
