Many of you will notice your enemy status to Stavenn no longer exists.
We've decided to give many people who we consider no longer a threat to
Stavenn another chance to walk the streets. People who may still be
considered a threat haven't been unenemied. If you believe you're no
longer a threat and still enemied you may petition the Council.

Without a doubt people will take advantage of this opportunity. Know it
won't come about again.
