: Stavenn / Bard Treaty :

Herein lies the terms and conditions jointly agreed upon by the
leadership of Stavenn and the Bards guild of Kinsarmar.

1.) Aggressive acts are not to take place between citizens of Stavenn
and the guild of Bards anywhere in the world.
2.) Stavenn citizens will not make attacks within Kinsarmar city walls.
Bards will not make attacks inside Stavenn city walls.
3.) Non-combative Bard goods will be available to citizens of Stavenn.
Combatative goods will be evaluated at a later date.
4.) Portraits will not be available to Stavenn citizens for a period of
5 years.
5.) Bards members currently enemied to Stavenn will be unenemied.
Stavenn citizens considered Bard enemies will be unenemied.


Violators of this treaty are subject to the following punishment(s):

1.) First violation - A warning will be given based on the gravity of
the offense. Should the offense be great enough the offender will be
given other punishment.
2.) Second violation - A 25,000 gold fine must be paid to the offended
organization.
3.) Third violation - Stavenn citizens subject to loss of citizenships
and enemy status, Bards subject to guild ejection and enemy status.
