Some simple points.

Kalil, if you expected any Antiochan action with regards to your issue,
I have to disappoint you. I will not attempt to govern Caanae, or the
rest of the wilderness of Aetherius. Currently I see the only magicker
being slain is you, by a very small number of individuals who happen to
be Antiochan. This is hardly the whole of Antioch acting in concert, and
hardly magickers in general being slain. This whole issue has a feeling
of the personal about it, and you are attempting to inflate the issue in
an attempt to paint Antioch as a great evil. Perhaps to gain support.

The fact that some few of our citizens feel that magick use is one
reason to become involved in conflict is not an issue with us. You are
not a city enemy, so clearly you are not an issue with the city either.
Yet.

Tread carefully.

Escalate your actions to the next level, act against the city, rather
than those individuals who bother you, or attack someone who isn't
involved and you will quickly wish you had never brought the name of
Antioch into these discussions.

The city of Antioch has no bounty on the heads of magickers, or offer
formalised reward for the slaying of magickers. Hence we do no
sanctioning. We simply ban all magick in our city, and do not see the
point in crying over the deaths of those who use it. A simple
philosophy. If someone kills you, do something about it. You did.
Congratulations. Move on.

Issac, truly, I think Anatole said it better than I could. Your tirade
against Antioch sounds bitter my friend, so very very bitter.
