Antioch

Icarius,

I didn't expect anything to be done. Naturally, you have a dislike for
Magick, and, as you stated, you're not going to shed any tears over a
Magicker being slain. However, despite my cynicism, I did hold out some
hope that action would be taken against ones such as Cander. Sadly, that
does not seem to be the case.

I have no plans on attacking Antiochians simply for being there. I will
defend those victimized by your citizens who feel the need to hunt down
and destroy practioners of that which you don't understand. Killing,
say, you, for no other reason than you're the head of a city that has
people like Cander in it is worse than useless and would serve no point.
I'm not a barbarian, whatever your city may think.

I'd also like to pose a question to you, as the Shah, in a public forum.
Note that this is simply hypothetical, and in no way meant to be
anything official, as I'm not one in Kinsarmar nor writing as one.
Simply a situation I came up with in my mind. What would be your
response if Antiochians were no longer welcome to use their professional
skills within Kinsarmar, specifically the sewers? Would it be immediate
war? Or would Antioch just not really care? I'd really like to know,
since a number of your magick-detesting citizens seem to enjoy slaying
our serpents and giving them to Jalin. Maybe they enjoy the magick of
the totems and sigils within our city and sewers as well enough to
violently protest such an action. Again, this is merely hypothetical,
since you have such a law against my kind within your city. I'd like it
to be a public answer as well, if at all possible.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
