Kinsarmar, Antioch

Shortly after beginning my journeys in Imperian, I found myself with
enemy status to both Kinsarmar and Antioch. I never intended to gain
enemy status to either of these cities, nor did I outrightly intend to
break their laws.

I will start this post with a sincere, public apology to the city of
Kinsarmar for allowing my bloodworms to enter their city gates. I
understand why I was enemied for this violation of the Stavenn / Bard
Treaty, and I am apologetic. I will make sure and understand exactly how
my daemons work before doing anything with them while visiting a city. I
have recently contacted the Kinsarmaran government regarding this, and
am currently awaiting a response. Once again, my apologies to Kinsarmar.

...and then there's Antioch. First of all, I really have no idea why
Neko enemied me from Antioch in the first place. It was early in my
journeys and I was not great with direction quite yet. Someone brought
me near Antioch, and I was trying to go home. I ended up within the
walls on Antioch. Shortly after, the gates of Antioch were closed and I
appeared to be stuck inside. I asked various people for help getting out
of the city. Various people mentioned my Ouroboros and how it's not
allowed in Antioch. I apologized and explained that I didn't even intend
to be in Antioch, and i was trying my best to leave. Eventually, Song (I
think) led me out of the city. Thank you, Song. If it wasn't for you, I
probably would've been killed by your overly-aggressive citizens for not
leaving, even though the gates were closed. Shortly after I left, Neko
enemied me. I tried contacting people right after this incident, but no
one even replied. Soon after, I was hunted down and killed by a citizen
of Antioch. Was I raiding Antioch? Nope. How about attacking it's
citizens? Nope. What was I doing? Bashing in Caanae. I was minding my
own business, killing spiders in Caanae, when some testosterone-filled
Antiochan comes down and kills me for absolutely no reason. I had never
so much as attacked a member of Antioch before, and I'm being killed.
After I found my way out of Dis, I questioned this individual on why he
killed me. His justification? 'When you ally yourself with those that
you've chosen, you will find it hard to live.' I'm sorry Mr. Antiochan,
but when did philosophical differences become justification for killing
people? As for trying to get my unjust and confusing enemy status
revoked, I sent messages and tells to the Shah and others, but have been
dutifully ignored. I have certainly lost any respect I once had for this
'great desert city'.

2021 and Beyond

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021
