Mighty Mukhtar,
Though I try to stay out of these sort of things, my own days of trouble
and warmongering are in the past, I simply have to interject a response
to your post.
While I have no idea as to what this Christoph is rambling about, nor do
I care to, you might consider that while Antioch, and the Northern
Forest Ithaqua stand against Magick, a good population of the world sees
nothing wrong with it. That in mind, your somewhat petty insults to
those who use Magicks are uncalled for. Aside from Stavenn, what
Magickers have ever given you cause to utter such titles as `afflicted`
in such harsh, and demeaning tones?
And, perhaps while Antioch does not as a whole attack an individual,
what exactly does Antioch do in handling such idiots as Cander? Fools
such as this man run about the world, striking down any who would be
prideful in their occupation, and unwilling to submit to him. That, is
an attack of Antioch. Antioch does nothing to stop this, and as
such..You get the idea.
I myself recently cast aside Magicks, hoping to find some sort of hidden
strength, or some untold clarity. All I found was some inconvenience in
traveling, and a rather limited perspective. Though Magicks have had
calamities which we can all remember, Magick has also done good things,
as have Blades and Maces done things which most view as atrocities
against anything good.
Antioch lives under certain tenants, that much I understand. All do. I
simply ask that you, in your Sand City try and look past the profession,
and into the deeds of the individual. Many Stavennites i've met have
been kind, good people, who do not slaughter women and children. Many,
in fact a great percentage of Antiochians i've come across have been
witless hateful people, who live only to slaughter others.. Not that
both don't house the other type as well.
Musing,
