The Empire of Stavenn would like to formally invite the cities of
Antioch and Kinsarmar to participate in a three-way debate on the
subject of Magick and the views each city holds on it. Should you choose
to accept, ground rules will be determined by a representative of each
city, and a neutral moderator chosen to help keep matters in line.

A date for this great debate will be chosen at some point in the future,
as well as a location, though the remains of Caanae seem ideal.
Responding on this forum isn't necessary, just a letter or confirmation
from each city leader on whether Antioch and Kinsarmar will participate.
The rest of the world can, of course, watch the proceedings, and I'm
sure some sort of agreement on restriction of fighting during the debate
will be put in place for our communal safety.
