If any bandits wish to flee to Stavenn, I only ask that
you go there peacefully. For any who wish to seek
forgiveness for your crimes, I invite you to speak with
myself or any of the Antiochan council. For all others,
who wish to continue mindlessly attacking the young,
terrorizing travellers, and stealing from those you
slay: Hide. And hide well. From the moment you are
spotted, you will be hunted.
