I am unaware of the details of your cultures' quarrels. I know not why
the Xiur see the Ryadai as thieves, nor why the Ryadai proclaim the Xiur
to be evil. However, it seems that your entire cultures have been led to
ruin at the hands of your captains. Cargan and Yinteth are no heroes.
Their actions have caused all of you to abandon your homes and wander
the mountains in shambles. This is no way to live, subject to suffering
at the careless decisions of ignorant men.

The Ilaferi Tribe is prepared to provide safe shelter, warm food, and
clean clothes to the women of both races. Abandon the men that have
caused you so much trouble, bring your children with you, and we will
teach you a more self-sufficient way of life.
