Declaration of war.

Written by: Guardian of Dis, Iriaen Nessaja, the Scarecrow

Addressed to: Everyone

Last month, the guildmistresses of the Arboreals and Hunters led a
surprise attack upon Stavennites for using a possessed panda in a
sideshow attraction. Stavennites were slain and Taea and Angeline stated
their intent to kill any Diavlous who utilizes their transcendent skill.

As this attack and the promise of more attacks were made by the leaders
of these guilds, Stavenn cannot ignore this declaration and act of war.
Taea and Angeline will be hunted, as will all of their underlings, the
secretaries they appoint, and any who attempt to aide them in this fight
they have started.

Stavenn has for almost 50 years held extermination of forest areas to be
illegal, even though the councils have never given Stavenn anything in
return for this. At this point, extermination in the adjacent forests is
no longer illegal, as we do not want those nearby areas used as a
staging point for attacks. If we are left with no other choice, we will
remove all bans on extermination, which will surely change the life of
those in the councils for the worse.

When Taea and Angeline publically announce the retraction of their
threats or are no longer the leaders of said guilds, we will stand down.

Diavlous Decerto,
