Your 'war'

Iriaen,

Careful.. you have taken an issue, which, from reading your post, is an
issue between a couple of Stavenn citizens and two guilds, and have
managed to turn it into an issue against two Councils by exterminating
in response to what happened.

Khandava and Celidon did not start this fight, you have.

At this time, Celidon will only be seeking justice against those
involved with the exterminations, and have nothing at all against
Stavenn. Iriaen, you should really talk with your Ruling Council, as I
think you'll find that Stavenn is not, in fact, behind you in this
little 'war'.
