Clearification of your Post

Iriaen,

You seem to have forgotten the actions of Trez and Kalil. Both who
exterminated forest rooms and then promoted up to status of Guild
Secretary for doing so. As such that your Imperator ties the Diavlus
guild and Stavenn to such tight boundings, the action of the guild can
be seen as action of the city, in which case the city of Stavenn has
supported such instances.

Please try and get your facts right or at the very least flog your
researcher for such an obvious oversight.
