Due to the actions of at least one of those among Stavenn's combatants,
I find it necessary to state that one who can inguild is not necessarily
a secretary and therefore should not be targetted unless they have
actively taken part in fighting, otherwise the acts are no longer of
war, but of common murder. I would hope that this incident does not mark
the beginning of random unjustifiable slaughters at the hands of
Stavennites and that this proves to be an isolated case.
