Gathering

There is no such thing in Aetherius as permanence. Men live and die, and
while the institutions they found may outlive them, they are no more
eternal than their founders. While guilds undoubtedly have their place
in society, we must not forget that the guilds are not society itself,
and that each of us is granted by the Gods Themselves a right to choose
for themselves. For all those who lose faith in the leadership of
guilds, and for all of those who simply grow tired of living under the
shadow of a guild, the Fellowship of the Guildless seeks to preserve the
right to an alternative.

The Fellowship of the Guildless asks all those who do not belong to a
guild to join our numbers. We do not ask you to forsake your class or
anything your past may have earned you. We ask only that our scattered
people might be gathered from across the continent to provide a better
way of living to us all. Together we can achieve a better life than any
of us might have imagined alone.

-Arek Verruil, Representative of the Fellowship

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Naturalis, in the year 454 AD.
