Declaration of War against the City of Stavenn

Written by: Arlith Fel'Amrit
Date: Thursday, January 27th, 2005
Addressed to: Everyone

To the Imperator of Stavenn, and their councol of Ephors -

This is a simple notification of the fact that as of the 14th of Solis,
in the year 454 AD, Antioch is still at war with your city, and will
continue to be.

Many members of Stavenn have hunted our citizens, our young ones, and
you have troubled our city too long to tolerate. The time of invading
Antioch, and murdering innocent citizens, has came to it's end. For all
of your violence against us, it is our time to pay it back tenfold.

Until such time that we gain treaty preventing attacks against us, this
state of war will not end. Every time an agreement has been reached,
between Stavenn and Antioch, the Imperator of that current time has
always been the one to breech it. This show of utter dishonesty and
disregard for law and temporary peace between our city and your own is
merely one more reason upon the stack to continue war.

Any Stavennite that is willing to lay down arms and cease attacking us,
with an agreement, will be given quarter. We will not resort to the
crude thuggery and brutality of our enemy - that is below us.

- Arlith Fel'Amrit, Minister of War to Antioch

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Solis, in the year 454 AD.
