Announcement of Ceasefire

Greetings.

By order of the Imperator, as of now the Imperial City of Stavenn
officially enters into a ceasefire with the city of Kinsarmar and the
forest Councils of Celidon and Khandava, pending the conclusion of peace
talks. Let is be known that the Empire's commitment in maintaining this
ceasefire is absolute. All violators should be reported to the Council
and will be dealt with most harshly.
