Announcement of Ceasefire

Greetings,

The city of Kinsarmar hereby withdraws hostile actions against the city
of Stavenn and their citizens, and officially enters into a ceasefire.
Details of the pending joint agreements will be presented in the near
future. Any violators of this ceasefire should be brought to the
attention of the Royal Council of Kinsarmar, and they shall be properly
dealt with.
