Announcement of Ceasefire

Greetings,

The council of Celidon immediately withdraws all hostile actions
directed against the citizens of Stavenn as of this announcement. Formal
details surrounding this decree will be presented by the Emeris or
myself in the near future. Our thanks to the leaders of Stavenn,
Khandava, and Kinsarmar for their instrumental role in guiding all
involved organizations to this peaceful resolution. Violators of this
joint decree will be punished by the full force of the council.
