Greetings Aetherius,

This is to remind everyone that Stavenn's Sewers are off limits to all
but the nobility of Stavenn during the last three months every year. If
you are caught down there you will be asked to leave, with repeated
offenders of this rule being removed through more immediate action. The
only exceptions to this rule are organized bashing events started by the
city, in which all corpses are offered to the patron and gold donated to
Stavenn. Thank you for your adherence to this law.
