Greetings Sparda,

I must say that I hadn't anticipated cowardly antics of your people.
That is my short coming as a leader, I suppose. I should have thought of
it. Oh how mysterious! The demoners creep into a city guarded only by a
few citizens and slay their guards. Cowardly is the only way I can view
that.

As far as your hand of friendship, the one is diseased and the other
held a dagger, poised and ready to strike. Your city has smugly bullied
all of those around you into getting your way. You connive, manipulate,
twist and slip through little loopholes. Every treaty, agreement,
cessation or likewise previously has been indeed broken by your city and
then you all twist words and situations to make it seem as if you were
completely innocent of the act. It's actually quite amusing to watch
unfold, actually.

But what I find the most amusing is your logic. You have egregious
errors in thinking in the following:

1. You think you can make a demand and get what you want from Kinsarmar.
2. You think that you can kill whenever and whoever you want to and
convince us that you really are nice guys underneathe.
3. You think that we are dumb enough to hand over things like runes and
enchantments after you come while everyone else is Resting and slaughter
our guards.
4. You think you deserve a great kindness from Kinsarmar despite your
past history with us.

Now, I will say it again to you and for all to see. Kinsarmar will not
be bullied into anything. No treaties will be made with Stavenn for as
long as I am Duchess. No runes or enchantments will be sold to you.
Ever. The fact that you just now get upset about not having it after
centuries of living without it is only a testament that you want to pick
a fight. That's all Stavenn is good at doing really. You seem so
offended that I am not just all gushy peaches and cream to your city.
The only word that comes to my mind is DUH! Just because we had a
temporary cessation in place does not mean I come over to smother you
with hugs and kisses.

I guess it boils down to this. The war has been over. The cessation is
over. Things should all be going back to normal and normal means no
selling of enchantments or runes. If you don't want normal, keep up the
raids but do have the balls to attack when people are around to defend?
It's better for your image.

Spring's blessings,
Lady Wren Kith'Vahni
Duchess of Kinsarmar

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Fas, in the year 462 AD.

2021 and Beyond

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
