Hail Aetherius,

As I've grown tired of Kinsarmar's recent activities, and words, I
hereby declare that all owners of Brooch's of Thanatos, and all those
who make such things will be slain, until the Mages make appropriate
payments to Lord Thanatos.

To avoid your untimely demise, I suggest you get rid of any you may
have. And if you're a Mage..I suggest you talk to your guildmaster
quickly.
