Xuir cannibalism habits banned in Antioch

Dear Xiur Race,

This is a public announcement to let you know that any cannibalism
within the City limits of Antioch is forbidden. Anyone that consumes
another mortal within Antioch will be enemied.

Cannibalism is considered blasphemous, barbaric and improper. There is
plenty of food in the world without resorting to the consumption of
mortal flesh.

It is well known that the Justicars and Clerics, both Antioch Guilds,
resurrect mortals on a regular basis, we do not consume them for our own
personal and selfish reasons, nor do we expect others to do so. Antioch
is not the feeding grounds for those of the Xuir race. We find a dead
body within our City, one that belongs to the City and they will be
resurected.

Those that have found Antioch to be your supplier of mortal food, will
no longer be welcome in our walls if you continue with this vile and
corrupt practice.

We will not be considered an orchard, ripe for the picking for those of
you that resort to such horrid and distasteful customs.

Song Anar Ashtear
Mukhtar of Antioch

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Fas, in the year 468 AD.
