Greetings Aetherius,

As an Aide to Security in Khandava I have noticed a recent rash of
assaults and other violations of our laws. I have had to enemy strangers
and friends for similar violations, some have claimed they were not
aware of or laws and that they thought we offered no protection to those
visiting our home.

This is not the case, our laws on guests are clearly displayed in the
Khandavan Precepts which may be found in the living journal at the
Khandava Archway. It is my recommendation that all those able to take
the time to stop in and give it a read as ignorance of the laws is not
an excuse for violating them.
