A meeting with Stavros and Song with myself, Kaelin and Karri has
yielded a ceasefire on this date. The terms are as follows:

- The term previously suggested that Kinsarmar remove its totems and
monoliths has been mutually dismissed in exchange for the shrines owed
to the patron of Kinsarmar by the city of Antioch being forgiven. It was
further agreed that no shrines from the order of Janus will not be
placed in the desert.

- It was agreed that Antioch and Kinsarmar will have a period of one
year that they may preach of their respective gods in the other city, a
non-magick room provided for the Antiochans. This is not to say that
magick/anti-magick will be taught but the precepts of the Gods that are
followed.

- The denizens of Anhir will not be attacked further by the citizens. If
this term is broken, that citizen will be open to death even within the
walls of Kinsarmar (aka their citizen rights revoked) for the space of
one month. It was agreed by all that the death of children has no viable
reason. On top of the citizen rights revoked, they will be disfavored
for the first offense and outcitizened for the second as with most rules
broken in Kinsarmar.

- Any non-citizen taking aggressive acts toward Antioch within Kinsarmar
will be asked to leave and possibly enemied if the first warning is not
heeded. They will not be granted refuge or sanctuary.

- Lastly, the raiding of the respective cities and the killing over this
cause is to cease at the time of this post.
