If you have been enemied to Kinsarmar, and desire to claim the enmity
due the recent conflict between Kinsarmar and Antioch, then please seek
out your own local security representitive. I will not be unenemying
people who ask me themselves.

Keep in mind that participation in the hostilities does not give you
respite from previous actions causing enemy status before the conflict,
and any major criminal action taken during the war aside from actual
battles may be applied, depending on the circumstance.

In this respect, soldiers are forgiven, criminals are not.
