War with Kinsarmar

On this day, Antioch has officially declaired victory over Kinsarmar,
though many would argue the war was won years ago, this is simply the
official document. Terms were met and agreed upon by parties of both
cities. If you are of either city, and wish to know of the terms, speak
to your city officials.
