After due consideration, the city of Kinsarmar is proud to announce an
alliance between itself and the guild of Saboteurs, whom we embrace as
friends to the detriment of those who would oppose our shared beliefs
and way of life.

In accordance with the spirit of this agreement, Kinsarmar would like to
offer a formal apology for the events leading up to the now-historic
Night of Sabotage, and in particular for the accusation that the founder
of the Saboteurs, Insidian, had bolstered his power through the use of
magick, which we now know to be false. It is our sincere hope that both
city and guild can move beyond the ill-feeling fostered by these
occurrences, and turn towards a new era of cooperation and trust.

The precise terms of this agreement have already been presented to both
city and guild, and members of these institutions should contact
representatives of either for further clarification. In closing, I would
like to offer my personal thanks to those who have worked to bring this
alliance to fruition.
