Celidon's true goals.

Anyone find it amusing that the first declaration of the Celidonian
towneships is grasping at a monopoly at their 'own' plants rather than
striving to shore up the defenses of Nature? I mean, the magick and
demon sympathizing tendencies of Celidon aside, I'm truly impressed that
Celidon does little or nothing to defend anyone's Nature but its own.
